Introduction

As we dive deeper into June| Hune and our days are darker and colder, many of us find our moods shifting with the seasonal changes. It’s much harder to maintain our well-being when often our outdoors activities become difficult to engage in. The lack of sunlight also can throw off our body clocks. We encourage everyone as we start wrapping up in our hats, coats and scarfs to think about how our self-care changes to prevent winter, significantly impacting our mental health.
